Worldwide Delivery & Returns
See below for information about the delivery option in your country
All orders (unless the products are made to order) are dispatched within 1 – 3 working days (excluding public holidays).
Please refer to the product description of the item(s) you would like to order for specific details on the order processing times required and when you can expect to receive your order. When selecting your delivery at checkout, please allow the delivery time in addition to the time mentioned on the product page if products are pre-orders or made to order. Please make sure someone will be present at the delivery address to accept your package. If no one is in redelivery can be arranged or you can collect from your local depot.
We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS, USPS, PostNL, Colissimo, Swiss Post and Other Local Couriers to ensure delivery is secure and quick. All shipping is tracked.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OUR SHIPPING SERVICES ARE STANDARD (FAST OR PRIORITY CAN ALSO BE DELAYED) THEREFORE DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE WITH COURIERS AND DELIVERIES CAN TAKE UP TO 3 – 10 MORE WORKING DAYS. Tracking number will show updates when your package arrives in your delivery country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving orders. Please request your returns/exchanges in the request boxes below and our team will process your request within 24 hours. Once your return/exchange requests are approved you can start processing your return/exchange. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and traced delivery service to ensure your return/exchange gets back to us safely. Gift cards are non-returnable.
If you have received the wrong order, product, size or colour, it’s our responsibility to provide you with the correct order, all shipping will be fully covered. Please contact our orders handling team at support@kianaceleen.com and provide your order number along with pictures of the products you have received and a member of our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT RETURN ORDERS TO THE RETURN ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE PACKAGE LABEL, OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE HUB IS A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.
STEP 1 – Simply fill out and submit the return form below.
STEP 2 – Our returns & exchanges team will review and approve/decline your request.
STEP 3 – Once your request has been approved, repack your order in it’s original box and send back your package to the address given in your approval email. We highly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we don’t offer refunds for lost packages.
STEP 4 – Once you’ve sent your back package, please send the picture of your returning package and label as a reply to the returns approval email. Please allow 5 – 14 working days for us to receive your returns package.
STEP 5 – Once your return is received by our warehouse and is inspected you will receive an email notification, please allow 2 – 5 working days for your refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Please note the following applies to all returns:
– Customers are responsible for the returns shipping fees.
– We do not allow returns on previously exchanged items.
– Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
– If we’re required to pay customs and tax fees on the returned package, the fee amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
– Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of the shipping and handling fee (£4 per item).
– We cannot accept returns on used products (if used products are returned to our warehouse, your return request will be terminated and only 50% of the product cost minus shipping fees will be refunded).
– If additional items are returned that were not listed on your return request, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
– After your return request is approved, we have a returns window of 14 days. If we do not receive your tracking number within 14 days of submitting the request, your return will be automatically cancelled and can no longer be requested again.

Please note the following applies to all exchanges:
– Customers are responsible for the returns shipping fees.
– We do not allow exchanges on previously exchanged items.
– All exchange items must be of equal value to the item originally purchased.
– If we’re required to pay customs and tax fees for the exchange package, it will be deducted from your exchange value amount and your exchange can’t be processed. In this case, you will receive a coupon for your exchange balance (the coupon will not have an expiry date and is valid for life).
– We cannot accept exchanges on used products (if used products are received by our warehouse, your exchange will be terminated and only 50% of the product cost minus shipping fees of £4 per item will be refunded).
– If additional items are returned that were not listed on your exchange request, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
– After your exchange request is approved, we have a returns window of 14 days. If we do not receive your tracking number within 14 days of submitting the request, your exchange will be automatically cancelled and can no longer be requested again.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
All UK customers don’t need to pay any customs and duties. In the event of any duties coming to you please reach out to us at hello@kianaceleen.com and our team will be quick to take care of these for you.
Most international customers outside of the UK don’t also need to pay customs and duties tax however, we cannot guarantee this as some customers may be required to pay import Tax and Duties. This is the responsibility of the customer and not us. If you refuse to pay any customs or duties after the items have already been dispatched, we will be unable to refund your order or shipping costs. ORDER CANCELLATION
All processing orders can be cancelled, please contact customer support to cancel your order. If your order is Packed, it can no longer be cancelled.
